Leadership

Chief Executive Officer
Tony Susino is a seasoned global dental industry executive. He serves as Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of Directors at Keystone Dental Holdings. Previously, he led Dentsply Sirona’s global implant and prosthetics business unit and held leadership roles at LifeScan, Henry Schein, and the Straumann Group, where he served as CEO of Neodent, USA.

He serves on the Board of Fellows at the Harvard University School of Dental Medicine, and High Point University Workman School of Dental Medicine. He is an alumnus of St. Francis College and Columbia Business School’s Advanced Management Program.

Chief Finical Officer
Over 30 years of experience in the high-tech, med-tech industry, with a broad set of finance, accounting and, operations strengths acquired through years of leading global organizations private and publicly
traded companies.


Since Sep 2020, I have been serving as the CFO of Keystone Dental Holding Inc. overseeing Finance, Legal, HR, IT and
Administration.


Prior to joining Keystone, Amnon served as CFO of enVerid systems Inc. oversees Finance, Operations and, Administration for 6 years. Before joining enVerid, Amnon worked with Comverse Technology Inc. for 11 years. His last position was the CFO for North and Latin America, responsible for Business Operation, Finance, and Accounting. Prior to this position, Amnon served as the head of Comverse’s Corporate Finance with responsibility for the Company's annual business plans, costing, internal audit, global insurance policy and, financial integration of acquired companies.


Amnon holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics with honors and a Master's degree in Economics both from Hebrew Jerusalem University.

Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Erez Cohen is an accomplished Manager, entrepreneur & founder in the medical device industry, with a solid business, economic and legal consulting background. Excellent communicator with a track record of building highly motivated teams. A demonstrated success of managing Operation, R&D, Manufacturing & Sales in the international Medical Device and Dental industry. 


Prior to joining the Keystone Dental Group, Mr. Cohen served as the CEO of Adin Dental Implants System ltd, an Israeli based company employees 350 employees around the world. During this term Mr. Cohen achieved a continuous strong global sales growth, Building unite, responsive and market driven organization, Using in-house and acquired R&D capabilities, Significant production capabilities growth, Establishment of new subsidiaries in the world, and Implementing strategic planning and thinking.


Mr. Cohen holds Bachelor of Law degree and Bachelor of Economy degree both from Haifa University, Israel.

Board of Directors

Dr. Uri Geiger

Chairman of the Board
Dr. Uri Geiger is an experienced entrepreneur and investor with a strong track record in building successful medical device companies. He is the Founder and Managing Partner of Accelmed, a healthcare investment firm. Previously, Dr. Geiger founded and served as CEO of Exalenz Bioscience (TASE: EXEN), which went public in 2007 and was later acquired by Meridian Bioscience (NASDAQ: VIVO). He also co-founded GalayOr Networks, which was sold to MEMSCAP (EuroNext: MEMS), and was a founding partner of Dragon Variation Fund, acquired by Migdal in 2007.

Earlier in his career, Dr. Geiger worked on Wall Street during the 1990s before transitioning into academia, where he lectured on private equity and venture capital at Tel Aviv University. He is the author of two books on entrepreneurship and finance: Startup Companies and Venture Capital and From Concept to Wall Street. Dr. Geiger earned his doctorate in Law & Economics from Columbia University and served as a major in the Israeli Air Force.

Erin Enright

Board Member
Erin Enright is the Managing Member of Prettybrook Partners LLC, a healthcare-focused family office. She currently chairs the Board of Directors and the Nominating & Governance Committee at Dynatronics Corporation (NASDAQ: DYNT), and also serves on the Boards of Medical Facilities Corporation (TSX: DR) and Keystone Dental, holding key roles on various board committees.

Previously, Erin was President of Lee Medical, a healthcare services provider, and CFO of InfuSystem (NASDAQ: INFU), a provider of infusion therapy. Earlier in her career, she spent over a decade at Citigroup, where she rose to the position of Managing Director and chaired the Institutional Investors’ Committee. Erin began her professional journey as an attorney at the law firm Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz.

She holds an A.B. from Princeton University and a J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School. Erin’s extensive leadership experience across healthcare operations, finance, and governance brings valuable expertise to the Keystone Dental Board.

Samuel Rubinstein

Board Member
Samuel “Milky” Rubinstein has more than 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries. He served as CEO and General Manager of Taro Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ: TARO) from 1989 to 2011, where he led the company’s global expansion and grew annual revenues to $450 million.

Samuel currently serves as Chairman of Trima Pharmaceuticals and is a board member at Strata Skin Sciences and Medison Biotech. He has previously held leadership roles at companies including Exalenz Bioscience, Kamada, and Clal Biotech, among others. He also contributes to nonprofit and cultural institutions, serving as a director at the Medical Research Fund near Tel Aviv Sourasky Medical Center and on the board of the National Authority for Yiddish Culture.

He studied international marketing at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and was honored with the Exceptional Industrialist award in 2003. Samuel’s deep operational experience and industry leadership make him a valuable member of the Keystone Dental Board.

Michael Tuckman

Board Member
Michael Tuckman is a mechanical engineer and dental technician with deep expertise in CAD/CAM technology and digital dentistry. He is the Founder and past CEO of Osteon Medical, now part of Keystone Dental Holdings, a company focused on developing and commercializing advanced dental implant products.

Michael has been recognized for his contributions to dental engineering, with his work featured in international publications. Under his leadership, Osteon Medical has become a leader in custom implant prosthetics and digital workflow integration. In addition to his industry leadership, Michael collaborates closely with top Australian universities and research institutions to advance innovation in dental materials and techniques.

His combination of hands-on technical skill, entrepreneurial vision, and commitment to research brings valuable insight to the Keystone Dental Board.

Stanley B. Stern

Board Member
Stanley Stern has served on Keystone Dental’s Board since2021 and chairs its Audit Committee. He is also Chair of the Audit Committeeand a member of the Strategy Committee at Ekso Bionics Holdings. In 2013, hefounded Alnitak Capital, which provides board-level strategic advisory servicesto technology companies.

Previously, Stanley was Managing Director at Oppenheimer& Co., where he led the investment banking and technology divisions. Hiscareer also includes senior roles at Salomon Brothers, STI Ventures, and C.E.Unterberg. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board at AudioCodes Inc.(NASDAQ: AUDC), and is a board member at Ormat Technologies (NYSE: ORA) andTigo Energy.

Stanley earned a B.A. in Economics and Accounting from theCity University of New York and holds an MBA from Harvard University. Hisextensive financial and board experience across technology and healthcaresectors provides essential governance and strategic insight to the KeystoneDental Board.

Howard Zauberman

Board Member
Howard Zauberman brings over 40 years of leadership experience in the medical products industry. He previously served as CEO of Vision Sciences, a manufacturer of endoscopic devices, and sat on the Board of Directors of Cogentix Medical, a company specializing in urology products. Before that, he was Vice President of Business Development at Henry Schein, a global healthcare distributor serving dental and medical practitioners.

Howard also worked as a Special Venture Partner at Galen Partners, a healthcare-focused growth equity firm. Earlier in his career, he held senior management roles at ETHICON, a Johnson & Johnson company, as well as at Pfizer, contributing to strategic and operational initiatives across both organizations.

He holds a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from Northwestern University, a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Columbia University, and a Bachelor’s degree from Queens College. His deep industry knowledge and proven executive track record bring valuable insight to the Keystone Dental Board.
