Dr. Uri Geiger

Dr. Uri Geiger
Chairman of the Board
Uri Geiger brings extensive entrepreneurial, management and investment know-how, having created and built many successful medical device enterprises.

Prior to founding Accelmed, Dr. Geiger founded and served as CEO of Exalenz Bioscience Ltd. (TASE:EXEN), developer of an innovative breath-based technology for diagnosing liver and gastrointestinal disorders which Dr. Geiger took public in 2007 and later sold to Meridian (NASDAQ: VIVO). Prior to Exalenz, Dr. Geiger co-founded and was the CEO of GalayOr Networks, a developer of optical components, sold in 2003 to MEMSCAP (EuroNext: MEMS). Dr. Geiger is also the founding partner of Dragon Variation Fund, one of Israel’s first hedge funds, which was sold to Migdal in 2007. Dr. Geiger worked on Wall Street during the 1990s, where he gained a broad understanding of capital markets and significant experience, which he put to use after returning to Israel in 1999.

Dr. Geiger was formerly an adjunct professor at the Recanati Business School at Tel Aviv University, where he lectured on private equity and venture capital. He is the author of the books: Startup Companies and Venture Capital (Tel Aviv University Press, 2001) and From Concept to Wall Street (Financial Times – Prentice Hall, 2003). He earned his doctorate from New York’s Columbia University Center for Law & Economics, where he majored in global equity markets. Dr. Geiger served as a major in the Israeli Air Force.

Erin Enright

Erin S. Enright currently serves as a Managing Member of Prettybrook Partners LLC, a family office dedicated to investing in healthcare companies. Prettybrook has approximately 20 active investments in a variety of companies, typically as a co-investor with institutional private equity. She serves as the Chairman of the Board, Chair of the Nominating and Governance Committee and member of the Audit Committee and Compensation Committee of Dynatronics Corporation (NASDAQ: DYNT), and as a member of the Board of Directors, Chairman of the Investment Committee and member of the Audit Committee of Medical Facilities Corporation (TSX: DR) and a member of the Board and Chair of the Audit Committee of Keystone Dental, Inc., a private company controlled by the private equity firm Accelmed. Previously, she served on the Board of Directors and the Audit Committee of Biolase, Inc. (NASDAQ: BIOL) during 2013, was a member of the Board of Directors of Tigerlabs, a Princeton-based business accelerator, from 2012 to 2018, and from 2010 to 2015 served on the Board of Directors of Ceelite Technologies, LLC. She was the President of Lee Medical, a medical device manufacturer based in Plainsboro, New Jersey, from 2004-13. She was Chief Financial Officer of InfuSystem, Inc. (NASDAQ:INFU) from 2005 to 2007. From 1993 to 2003, Ms. Enright was with Citigroup, most recently as a Managing Director in its Equity Capital Markets group. While at Citigroup, Ms. Enright was Chairperson of the firm’s Institutional Investors’ Committee, responsible for screening and approving the firm’s participation in equity underwritings and a member of the Citigroup Global Equity Commitment Committee, responsible for reviewing and approving the firm’s underwritings. From 1989 until 1993, Ms. Enright was an attorney with Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz in the firm’s New York office. Ms. Enright received her A.B. from the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University and J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School.

Melker Nilsson

Mr. Melker Nilsson is an experienced dental executive with many years of international operational general management experience. His experience ranges from turnaround to merger and acquisition, with a well-established network of healthcare professionals. Prior to joining the Keystone Dental Group, Mr. Nilsson served as the EVP Head of Global Sales and Marketing at Nobel Biocare, Zurich, Switzerland, now Envista Holdings between 2011-2018. Mr. Nilsson was instrumental in the creation of new global go-to-market strategies that contributed to the turnaround of the company and increased growth, market share and profitability. Before accepting the position as Head of Global Sales and Marketing, Mr. Nilsson served as President and General Manager for Nobel Biocare North America.

Mr. Nilsson also served as President of Neoss, North America, introducing the UK based dental implant company to the US market, while rapidly building market share. Before joining Neoss in 2006, Mr. Nilsson served as Vice President of Sales for Nobel Biocare and before then, running Nobel Biocare’s operations in the UK, Ireland, Benelux, Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.  

Mr. Nilsson holds a master’s degree in law from Lund University, Sweden.

Shmuel (Milky) Rubinstein

Shmuel (Samuel) Rubinstein, known by his nickname, Milky, has served as a member of our board of directors since 2020. Mr. Rubinstein has over 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and medical device industry. He served for over 20 years, from 1989 to 2011, as the Chief Executive Officer and General Manager of Taro Pharmaceuticals Industries, a NASDAQ traded, research-based fully-fledged generics pharmaceutical company. He also served on the audit committee of the board of directors of Taro Pharmaceuticals. Under his management, Taro grew to become a multinational company with over 1,000 employees worldwide and turnover of close to $450 million. In 2003, Mr. Rubinstein received the Exceptional Industrialist award. During this period he also finished an International Marketing Course at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Most recently, he worked for Abital Pharma Pipelines from 2013 until 2015. He joined the board of directors of Trima Pharmaceuticals in 2014 and has been the Chairman of Trima’s board since December 2018. He also currently serves as a board member, audit committee member and compensation committee member of Strata Skin Sciences and Medison Biotech, and he is a consultant to BDO Ziv Haft’s High-Tech Division and Sol-Gel Technologies Ltd. Until 2020, Mr. Rubinstein held various board and committee positions for public and private companies, including Clal Biotechnology Industries, Exalenz Bioscience, Kamada, Univo Pharmaceuticals and Tiltan Pharma (Chairman of the Board). Mr. Rubinstein is also a director at the Medical Research Fund near The Tel Aviv Sourasky Medical Center and The National Authority for Yiddish Culture. Mr. Rubinstein is qualified to serve on our board of directors because of his wealth of knowledge in the industry, his expertise in finance, and his extensive experience as a chief executive officer and director.

Michael Tuckman

Michael Tuckman is a dental technician and mechanical engineer, specializing in advanced CAD/CAM technology. The founder and CEO of Osteon Medical, Michael has a passion for combining engineering with dental implantology to develop and commercialize new and innovative implant products. He enjoys working collaboratively with many of Australia’s respected universities and research institutions to deliver the latest generation developments in advanced CAD/CAM technology and his work has been featured in both local and international publications.

Lior Shav

Lior Shav
Board Member
Lior Shav is a General Partner at Accelmed where he focuses primarily on buyout transactions. Mr. Shav has over 20 years of experience in business development, investment banking and consulting, primarily in the healthcare space including M&A deals, private placements, private equity transactions, PIPEs and other financial transactions. Prior to joining Accelmed, Lior served in a number of business Development roles and established and managed Shav Consulting, an Israeli healthcare business consulting firm. Prior to that, Lior managed the corporate finance activity of Meitav Capital Markets and served as an analyst in Meitav Corporate Finance Consultant, both subsidiaries of Meitav, one of Israel largest investment management groups. Lior was a co-founder of ETView Ltd. (TASE listed, MedTech company sold in 2016 to Ambu) as well as two other startups. Mr. Shav earned a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management from the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology in 2001 and a M.A. in Political Science from Tel Aviv University in 2005.

Stanley B. Stern

Stanley Stern is a member of Keystone Dental’s Board of Directors since 2021. He serves as the Chair of the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors and on the Strategy Committee of Ekso Bionics Holdings, Inc. since December 2014. He currently is Managing Partner of Alnitak Capital, which he founded in 2013 to provide Board level strategic advisory services, primarily in technology related industries. Before founding Alnitak, Mr. Stern was a Managing Director at Oppenheimer & Co. (NYSE: OPY) from 1982 to 2000 and from 2004 to 2013, where, among other positions, he led the firm’s investment banking department and technology investment banking groups. Mr. Stern also held roles at Salomon Brothers, STI Ventures and C.E. Unterberg. Mr. Stern is currently the Chairman of the Board of Audiocodes Inc. (Nasdaq: AUDC), a leader in VOIP infrastructure equipment, a Board member of Ormat Technologies (NYSE: ORA), a global leader in geothermal energy, and a Board member of Tigo Energy, a solar energy equipment supplier. Previously, Mr. Stern was chairman of the board of directors of Sodastream (Nasdaq: SODA), the global leader of at home beverage makers, a member of the board of directors of Foamix Pharmaceuticals Ltd. (Nasdaq: FOMX), a member of the board of directors of Given Imaging (Nasdaq: GIVN), a member of the board of directors of Fundtech Inc., and chairman of the board of directors of Tucows, Inc. (Nasdaq: TCX). Mr. Stern holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Accounting from City University of New York, Queens College, and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard University. Our Board of Directors has concluded that Mr. Stern is well-qualified to serve on our Board of Directors because of his extensive business and finance experience, particularly in technology related industries, and his service as a director of a number of public companies.

Howard Zauberman

Howard has over 40 years of experience as a leader in the medical products industry. He was previously CEO of Vision Sciences, an endoscope manufacturer, and a member of the Board of Directors of Cogentix Medical, a urology products company. Prior to that, Howard was Vice President of Business Development at Henry Schein, a leading global healthcare distributor serving office based dental and medical practitioners. Howard also served as a Special Venture Partner at Galen Partners, a healthcare growth equity firm. Prior to this Howard held senior management positions at ETHICON, a Johnson & Johnson company, and Pfizer. Howard has a Masters of Engineering Management from Northwestern University, a Bachelor of Science from Columbia University in mechanical engineering and a Bachelor’s degree from Queens College.

Melker Nilsson

Melker Nilsson

Mr. Melker Nilsson is an experienced dental executive with many years of international operational general management experience. Erez Cohen

Mr. Erez Cohen is an accomplished Manager, entrepreneur & founder in the medical device industry, with a solid business, economic and legal consulting background. Excellent communicator with a track record of building highly motivated teams. A demonstrated success of managing Operation, R&D, Manufacturing & Sales in the international Medical Device and Dental industry.

Prior to joining the Keystone Dental Group, Mr. Cohen served as the CEO of Adin Dental Implants System ltd, an Israeli based company employees 350 employees around the world. During this term Mr. Cohen achieved a continuous strong global sales growth, Building unite, responsive and market driven organization, Using in-house and acquired R&D capabilities, Significant production capabilities growth, Establishment of new subsidiaries in the world, and Implementing strategic planning and thinking.

Mr. Cohen holds Bachelor of Law degree and Bachelor of Economy degree both from Haifa University, Israel.

Michael Klein

Dr. Michael Klein, Chief Technology Officer (CTO), leads KDG’s innovation, new product development and integration of technology into KDG’s product portfolio. Innovation internally conceived or identified through collaborations are evaluated for impact on the market, value to the customer due to increasing predictability of procedure outcome, simplicity, time efficiency, impact on clinical workflow and requirement for, or willingness for the customer to modify their current practice customs and habits for the desired outcome. Dr Klein also oversees clinical testing, supports KOL relationships and educational initiatives.

Dr. Klein comes to KDG from its merger with Paltop Advanced Dental Solutions where he served as the Medical Director and VP of R&D. Throughout Dr. Klein’s 35 year career in implant dentistry and entrepreneurship he has always maintained a clinical practice in prosthodontics and implant dentistry. Dr. Klein has been issued 6 US patents in the area of implant dentistry and commercialized several of them when founding Implant Logic Systems, Ltd., innovators of software, hardware and services for computer guided surgery where he served as the CEO. Implant Logic Systems was sold to HealthPoint Capital in 2008 for one of its portfolio companies/BioHorizons. He has also served as a consultant for several dental companies such as Columbia Scientific, APM Sterngold and BioHorizons.

Dr. Klein was formerly a Clinical Associate Professor at the New York University Dental School (NYU) in the Department of Periodontics and Implant Dentistry where he lectured and supervised the clinical training of specialists, as well as being a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ/Rutgers) in the Department of Prosthodontics. Dr. Klein completed his Dental degree at the University of Maryland and then followed that with residency training at the Woodhull Medical and Mental Health Center, Fellowship in Oral Implantology and Biomaterials at the Brookdale Hospital Medical Center and completed specialty training in Prosthodontics at UMDNJ/Rutgers University. Dr. Klein is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral Implantology (ABOI), Diplomate of the International Congress of Implantology (ICOI), Fellow of the Greater New York Academy of Prosthodontics, and Fellow of the Academy of Osseointegration. He is the co-author of the book, Atlas of Oral Implantology (Thieme - 1993, Mosby -1999 ), two book chapters, Biomaterials Science, An Introduction to Materials in Medicine (Academic Press -1997) and Atlas of Minor Oral Surgery (W.B. Saunders – 2001) and numerous journal articles. Dr. Klein has routinely lectured nationally and internationally for the past 30 years on practices, procedures and technology for implant dentistry.                            

Amnon Tamir

Mr. Amnon Tamir has over 30 years of experience in the high-tech industry, with a broad set of finance, accounting and, operations strengths acquired through years of leading global organizations private and publicly traded companies.


Since 2020 Amnon is serving as the CFO of Keystone Dental Holding Inc. oversees Finance, Legal, HR, IT and, Administration.

Prior to joining Keystone, Amnon served as CFO of enVerid systems Inc. oversees Finance, Operations and, Administration for 6 years. Before joining enVerid, Amnon worked with Comverse Technology Inc. for 11 years. His last position was the CFO for North and Latin America, responsible for Business Operation, Finance, and Accounting. Prior to this position, Amnon served as the head of Comverse’s Corporate Finance with responsibility for the Company's annual business plans, costing, internal audit, global insurance policy and, financial integration of acquired companies.

Amnon holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics with honors and a Master's degree in Economics both from Hebrew Jerusalem University.
